Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must have vision correctable to at least 20/50 in one eye.
• Must read numbers, letters and a dial face clock.
• Must be able to speak and understand English sufficiently to follow instructions.
• Preferred: two or more years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain CNC machines.
• Repair cranes including Demag.
• Observe mechanical devices in operation and troubleshoot.
• Dismantle devices to access parts and replace defects.
• Inspect parts for changes in dimensions.
• Install parts and adjust devices as needed.
• Lubricate and clean parts.
• Test device performance after work.
• Operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools.
• Process purchase orders for parts and machines.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
