Job summary

Swagelok is seeking a 2nd shift Assembly Associate in Valley City, Ohio. The role involves understanding assembly processes from ASO1 to ASO4, strong troubleshooting, multitasking and leadership to drive standard work and process improvements.

You will manage schedules, coordinate with support groups, and ensure quality by following work instructions, detecting defects, and maintaining product flow. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and assembly experience.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in assembly and knowledge of the product/process.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Able to recognize functional and cosmetic defects.
• Responsible for assembly, testing and packaging of product.
• Requires use of assembly equipment, control, CWI and standard work.
