Job summary

IKI in Edgerton, WI is seeking a Chemical Blender/Compounder to mix raw materials and blend chemicals (powder and liquid) for production. This role partners with quality control and internal supply chain to complete work orders and batching to strict specifications.

The position requires diligent planning, effective communication, and accurate documentation of batch information. PPE and safety routines are essential, with regular coordination across production, maintenance and scheduling teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Chemical operator/handling experience preferred.
• Blending/Batch/Recipe manufacturing experience preferred.
• Quality control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and compliance; wear PPE.
• Operate blending equipment to meet specs.
• Weigh and combine raw ingredients per recipe and document.
• Coordinate with quality for sample testing and timely documentation.
• Maintain batch records with time, humidity and temperature data.
