Job summary

Kleen Test Products is seeking Compounder / Blender / Mixer / Batcher for its Port Washington, WI plant. You will prepare batches for liquid fill lines, weigh materials, and ensure product quality and safety.

The role requires the ability to work on 2nd or 3rd shifts with on-site interviews and rapid onboarding. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in OTC or personal care bulk manufacturing, familiarity with safety rules, and basic software literacy.

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; 1–2 years in OTC and personal care bulk manufacturing preferred.
Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, email, and inventory/manufacturing software programs.
Respirator Fit Test requirement — must be clean shaved at time of fit testing.

Responsibilities

Produce batches for liquid fill lines according to batch records and designated sequences.
Confirm the accuracy of pre-weighed materials and ingredients.
Carefully weigh, measure, and utilize agitators to blend liquids, solids, and powders.
Audit batches with scales and thermometers to ensure precision.
Guarantee the effectiveness and purity of products and processes.
Uphold a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
Safely operate forklifts to transport raw ingredients and finished products.
