Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring a Shipping Driver to transport trailers to and from shipping docks and the storage yard, ensuring temperature control and compliance with safety standards. The role requires teamwork, accurate documentation, and effective communication with production and maintenance staff.

First shift is 3 am–2 pm, Monday through Friday with some weekends. Benefits include vision, medical, dental, 401(k) match, and PTO after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience in the previous 36 months.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Must operate a manual CMV and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate shipping trucks safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment and report issues per guidelines.
• Maintain product quality and communicate with teams.
• Adhere to scheduling, PPE, and housekeeping requirements.
• Support storage yard logistics and trailer movements.
