Job summary

Barcel USA LLC is seeking an on-site production line operator at the Coppell plant to operate seasoning equipment and ensure product quality. The role requires following safety, GMP, and production procedures to maintain line efficiency and meet daily targets.

The position emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with overtime as needed. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with food production experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical school or trade certification in food production is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience as a Case Packer or similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot case packer equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate seasoning equipment on production lines to meet safety, efficacy, efficiency and quality standards.
• Follow GMPs and safety procedures as outlined by Barcel USA.
• Assist bagger operators: calibrating scales, cleaning scales, changing products.
• Complete all paperwork according to Barcel USA requirements.
• Keep work area and tools clean, organized and sanitary throughout shift.
• Learn and perform other positions within the Process System.
