Job summary

Barcel USA is seeking production associates to operate seasoning equipment on our Texas production lines. You will follow GMPs, assist bagger operators, calibrate scales, and complete required paperwork to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient operation.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong teamwork and communication, and are willing to learn other Process System positions and overtime as needed to meet KPI goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate seasoning equipment on production lines following guidelines.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety procedures; inform management of unsafe conditions.
• Assist bagger operators: calibrating and cleaning scales, changing products.
• Complete paperwork according to Barcel USA requirements.
• Learn and perform other Process System positions as needed.
• Meet KPI goals and follow color code to prevent cross-contamination.
