Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review job specs to determine page sequence, fold type, size, and packing.
• Pre-set guides, plates, rollers, and blades as required.
• Set up machines to maximize speed and quality.
• Load sheets and align for final settings.
• Monitor operations and adjust as needed for quality.
• Operate two or more machines if required.
• Log data collections (PACE) and ensure sign-off by Bindery manager.
• Pack finished material for shipment.
• Maintain clean work area and perform routine maintenance.
• Follow safety rules and keep housekeeping standards.
