Zusammenfassung

Joseph Michaels International is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in the United States. Positions are full-time, on-site across first, second, and third shifts, supervising a team of 15–25 production employees to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

Lead daily activities, coach staff, uphold food safety and equipment reliability, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth shift handoffs.

Qualifikationen

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.
