Job summary

Havis, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Assembly professional for the Mounting role on 1st shift (7:00am–3:00pm, Mon–Fri). The position offers pay up to $24/hr and requires basic mechanical skills and the ability to read and follow drawings and work instructions.

You will perform bench and shop floor assembly of vehicle accessories, operate hand and power tools, maintain organization and safety, and participate in continuous improvement efforts within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to use basic hand tools.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to work in team and communicate effectively.
• Read and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow drawings/work instructions to assemble products.
• Assemble products according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform assembly and test tasks in a timely manner per production schedule.
• Operate hand tools and power tools; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement processes.
