Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Manufacturing Technician – Plumbing in Argos, IN to install and assemble plumbing systems for custom mobile restrooms and showers. This hands-on role supports the team in producing high-quality, built-to-spec trailers.

The ideal candidate has plumbing, construction, or mechanical experience and enjoys working with their hands in a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Plumbing, construction, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Experience with PEX, water heaters, and pumps preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems including PEX, water supply lines, winterization drains, water heaters, and pumps.
• Install and test plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, vent pipes, and fresh water connections.
• Assist with general construction and assembly of mobile restroom trailers.
• Inspect and test systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Document completed work as needed.

Title: Plumbing Assembly & Repair TechnicianPay: $18/hourHours: 6am – 4:30pm Location: Argos, IN

Position Overview

Pro Resources is currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician – Plumbing for a growing manufacturing company in the Argos, IN area. This is a hands‑on role responsible for installing and assembling plumbing systems for custom‑built mobile restroom and shower trailers.This is a great opportunity for candidates with plumbing, construction, or mechanical experience who enjoy working with their hands and being part of a team building high-quality, custom products.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems including PEX, water supply lines, winterization drains, water heaters, and pumps
• Install and test plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, vent pipes, and fresh water connections
• Assist with general construction and assembly of mobile restroom trailers
• Inspect and test systems to ensure proper functionality
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing, construction, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred
• Experience working with PEX, water heaters, and pumps strongly preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Plumbing: 1+ year preferred
• Construction or Manufacturing: 1+ year preferred
• Trailer, RV, or mobile unit experience is a plus but not required
