Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with job-specific training.
• Minimum six months relevant experience in related industries.
• Basic understanding of ISO requirements, quality audits and corrective action.
• English language proficiency (read/write/speak).

Responsibilities

• Adherence to company policies, ISO and any other special job requirements.
• Sufficient mechanical skills to set up and run winding machinery.
• Count wire turns on a variety of coil forms.
• Lead-out and stacking (hand stacking under a microscope or utilizing a large stacking machine).
• Solder by dipping or using solder iron.
• Utilize taping methods for transformers and coring.
• Perform quality testing as detailed in provided process instructions.
• Accurately fill out required documentation throughout production process.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Pull up, write, and input programs into programmable machines and troubleshoot as needed.

• Accurately fill out required documentation throughout production process
• Assist in training new employees

• Records time and quantity produced on timesheets daily
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent along with job specific training
• Minimum six months relevant experience in related industries
• Basic understanding of ISO requirements, quality audits and corrective action
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
• Ability to follow written, oral & diagram instructions
• Use measuring instruments, i.e. ruler, calliper, Optical Comparator
• Good eye-hand coordination
• Previous work with microscope
• Ability to effectively problem solve
• Ability to work independently or on a team
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
