Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must possess a safe work history.
• Must have a good record of behavior and attendance.
• Willingness to do other work, including heavy labor.
• Ability to operate and monitor equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as needed.
• Ability to comprehend and complete all needed paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ability to work collectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including swing shift, graveyard shift, nights, overtime, and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Operates aggregate processing mobile and/or stationary equipment and monitors all plant equipment accountable to them.
• Follows all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations for safe, environmentally conscious working procedures
• Performs daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
• Feeds the plant(s) with desired specification products and maintains adequate feed of materials and stockpiles
• Maintains the consistent and efficient operation of the plant(s)
• Performs minor servicing and maintenance of equipment or facilities
• Assists with major repairs as needed
• Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
