Job summary

Dolese Bros Co is seeking a Production Operator for the night shift (6pm-6am) to safely operate aggregate processing equipment and monitor all plant operations. The role requires adherence to MSHA and environmental regulations and involves daily inspections, feed management, and keeping accurate documentation.

Candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a safe work history, and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as needed.
• Willingness to work swing/night shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Operates aggregate processing equipment and monitors plant equipment.
• Follows safety, environmental, and company policies and local regulations.
• Performs daily pre- and post inspections with documentation.
• Feeds the plant with specified product, maintains stockpiles and inventory.
• Maintains plant operation and assists with major repairs as needed.
• Other duties related to the job may be assigned.
