Job summary

The role requires following all safety rules and regulations, performing daily inspections, loading and feeding materials, maintaining stockpiles, assisting with repairs, and ensuring regular attendance and a proactive approach to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must possess a safe work history.
• Willingness to work swing/ night shifts and overtime.
• Ability to operate and monitor equipment safely.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operates aggregate processing mobile and/or stationary equipment and monitors all plant equipment accountable to him or her.
• Follows all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations for safe, environmentally conscious working procedures.
• Performs daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Feeds the plant with desired specification products and maintains adequate feed of materials and stockpiles.
• Maintains the consistent and efficient operation of the plant.
• Performs minor servicing and maintenance of equipment or facilities.
• Assists with major repairs as needed.
• Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location.
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
