Job summary

HAIX Group seeks a Mid Atlantic Territory Manager to drive sales and business development for HAIX North America. You will expand market presence in the first responder sector, manage dealer and distributor relationships, and identify growth opportunities across NJ, PA, DE, MD, WV, and DC.

The role requires heavy travel (80-90%), coordination with senior sales leadership, and a focus on premium, high-performance footwear for municipal fire departments, police, EMS, and other first responder

Qualifications

Proven track record in dealer B2B and end-user sales.
Strong understanding of first responder market needs and buying behavior.
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts.
Organize daily schedule to call on existing or potential accounts.
Train and support to maintain dealer network; supervise dealer reps.
Weartest with key accounts; manage projects.
Attend regional/national trade shows and NFPA events as applicable.
Provide territory updates: forecast, market research, sales projects, and reports.
