Sol is seeking its first marketer to define the narrative and own positioning for a bold AI-native HR platform. You will craft messaging for HR, HR Ops, Finance, and IT leaders, and own the launch, proofs, and public storytelling. You’ll write the copy, build decks, and draft pages, using AI to research and draft.

This is a craft role with accountability from day one. You will write core assets, shape the market stance on AI-driven HR, and collaborate with founders to ensure credible messaging

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise B2B software marketing for HR/finance buyers is preferred.
• Strong writing skills across web, slide, and data sheet formats.
• Ability to craft positioning and messaging for multiple executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the narrative and position Sol against legacy HR systems and AI add-ons.
• Create buyer-specific messaging for HR, HR Ops, Finance, and IT buyers.
• Arm the sales team with the demo narrative, decks, and competitive materials.
• Plan and execute the market launch in 2027 and build customer references.
• Collaborate with founders on Sol's POV on AI and HR for public storytelling.
• Own core assets like website copy, decks, and data sheets; work with designers.
