Job summary

Raydar is seeking its first product hire to partner with founders, engineers and early users to decide what gets built. The work starts from a blank slate and covers discovery, defining the product experience and setting up how priorities are chosen.

You will influence product direction, translate user needs into features, and collaborate daily with engineers from concept to release. You’ll build a repeatable loop tying customer usage to priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product roles guiding complex technical products from uncertain starting points to customer value.
• Balanced judgment weighing user needs, feasibility and business impact.
• Ability to discuss system design topics with engineers without coding in production.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its product value.

Responsibilities

• Decide product direction through conversations with users and prospects to improve the offering.
• Distill needs across sectors into reusable approaches for scalable growth.
• Develop strong relationships with early design partners and convert rough needs into features.
• Guide design of workflows, interfaces and core concepts for users to interact with the tech.
• Collaborate with engineers from concept through release, prototyping ideas and drafting specs.
