Job summary

MeeBoss is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for an agentic AI platform powering enterprise contracting. You will partner with lawyers embedded with customers to translate their insights into a concrete development plan and measurable outcomes.

You will shape prioritization, specs, launches, and success metrics, working closely with AI engineers to iterate quickly. This on-site NYC role offers a chance to build from the ground up with founders driving the vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on AI-focused engineering teams, including owning a roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for an agentic AI platform used in enterprise contracting, with clear calls on priority and sequencing.
• Gather feedback from the legal engineers embedded with enterprise customers and turn it into a roadmap engineers can build against.
• Scope and plan work with engineering, adjusting sprint cadence for AI-assisted development where features can land in days.
• Work through agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers (evals, latency, model behavior, context) and test ideas with quick prototypes in tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Build the product function from zero, including how the team prioritizes, documents, launches, and measures results.
• Take over day-to-day product decisions from the founder and act as a real thought partner on direction.
