Job summary

The ideal candidate is technical, has 5+ years of AI-native product experience in B2B SaaS, and has shipped AI/LLM-based products. On-site in NYC is required, with strong collaboration and credible timeline management.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI/LLM-based products into production.
• 5-10 years of product management experience, including AI roadmaps.
• Background in B2B SaaS or AI-native companies.
• Experience at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B), as a founder, or as the first Product Manager.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience on AI teams at large technology companies.
• SQL or coding agent experience for data analysis.

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to join as our first Product Manager and lead product development for Contract OS, our agentic AI platform for enterprise contracting. You will take over product leadership from our founder, who has a product management background, and own the product roadmap, priorities, and execution from the ground up.

The ideal candidate is a technical Product Manager with experience working on AI-native products, preferably on AI platform or recommendation teams at companies like Netflix or Spotify, or at an AI-first startup. You should have strong experience collaborating with engineers, understand the technical challenges of building AI products, and know how to balance priorities with realistic development timelines.

This is a founding-level opportunity with significant ownership and decision-making responsibility from day one, supported by Icertis's established enterprise customer base.
