Allocate is seeking its first People Partner to design and lead the People and Talent function from 0 to 1. You will shape HR strategy, systems, and processes that support teammates through onboarding, growth, and retention in a high-growth startup.

You’ll bridge strategic planning and day-to-day execution, partnering with managers to resolve people issues, implement scalable workflows, and drive an exceptional employee experience across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR/People with 5+ years leading People Ops in a fast-growth startup.
• Proven ability to design, build, and scale people programs and initiatives.
• Deep familiarity with modern HR and recruiting platforms; experience with HRIS evaluations/implementations a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define the roadmap to build the People and Talent org from the ground up aligned to business goals and employee lifecycle.
• Lead strategic people initiatives: learning, recognition, talent planning, engagement.
• Translate metrics and feedback into actionable insights for leaders on organization health, engagement, retention.
