The ideal candidate has 3+ years of first-party property litigation experience, a Texas Bar license, and excellent deposition, motion practice, and case management skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license.
• 3+ years of first-party property litigation experience.
• Strong deposition, motion practice, and case management skills.
• Experience handling insurance coverage disputes and property damage claims.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of first-party property insurance cases from inception through resolution.

We are seeking a skilled First-Party Property Litigation Attorney to join our growing Houston office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of first-party property insurance litigation experience who wants to handle meaningful, high-impact cases while being supported by one of the largest plaintiff-focused property damage practices in the country.
