Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in first-party property coverage or insurance defense litigation.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina or eligibility for admission.
• Experience handling EUOs, depositions, pleadings, and motions.

Responsibilities

• Manage first-party property coverage disputes from inception through resolution.
• Conduct pre-suit coverage analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and coverage opinions.
• Take and defend depositions, including Examinations Under Oath (EUOs).
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
