Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in first-party property coverage or insurance defense litigation.
Active license to practice law in North Carolina or eligibility for admission.
Experience handling EUOs, depositions, pleadings, and motions.
Responsibilities
Manage first-party property coverage disputes from inception through resolution.
Conduct pre-suit coverage analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
Draft pleadings, motions, and coverage opinions.
Take and defend depositions, including Examinations Under Oath (EUOs).
Participate in mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
