Job summary

Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP in Charlotte seeks a First-Party Property Coverage Attorney to join our hybrid team. The ideal candidate will handle complex first-party property matters from pre-suit analysis to litigation, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience and strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

We offer base salary with non-discretionary bonuses up to $36k annually and a flexible hybrid schedule combining remote and in-office work.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional writing, analytical and oral advocacy skills.

• Experience handling first-party property coverage disputes, including policy analysis, EUOs, depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, mediations.
