Cruitin, LLC seeks a PA-licensed Attorney to join our Philadelphia office in the First-Party Property Coverage practice group. The role focuses on first-party property claims, insurance coverage issues, and complex litigation support with a hybrid work arrangement in Philadelphia.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of relevant experience, strong writing and oral advocacy skills, and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset. Base compensation ranges $140K–$180K with bonuses up to $36K DOE.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in first-party property coverage and insurance litigation.
• Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Active PA license to practice law; strong time management and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• First-party property claims and insurance coverage handling.
• Defending depositions of experts, fact witnesses, and parties.
• Attending court hearings, mediations, and participating in trial preparation.
