Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. seeks an associate attorney to join our First Party Property practice group in Florida. The role handles sinkhole, water, wind, fire, and other property damage claims statewide.

You will take and defend depositions, draft motions, attend hearings and trials, perform legal research, and communicate with clients and experts. Prior litigation experience is a plus but not required; Florida Bar licensure is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required.
