Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks an associate attorney to join our First Party Property practice group, handling sinkhole, water, wind, fire, and other property damage claims in Florida.

Responsibilities include taking/defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, attending hearings and trials, legal research, pleadings, and client communication. Strong team and independent work skills preferred; litigation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required.
