Job summary

Aloha Air Cargo is seeking an Aviation Support role to assist the Captain in safely flying our cargo planes to the islands we service from Honolulu, Hawaii. The position emphasizes strict adherence to flight schedules, flight planning assistance, and preflight procedures.

The role requires FAA certification, a First Class Medical, a high school diploma, and a potential Bachelor’s degree. A737-type rating is preferred and interisland experience is valued. Starting pay is $98.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• FAA Commercial multi-engine land with instrument rating.
• ATP Written test passed (with test scores available).
• Green Card or US citizenship.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Captain in flight planning and in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
• Reports punctually for duty in uniform and at the scheduled time prior to departure.
• Reads and initials Pilot directives.
• Complies with regulations and Company policies.
• Reports to assigned aircraft at least 20 minutes prior to departure for preflight checks.
• Assists the Captain in all other duties as assigned.
