Job summary

Strategic Government Resources, Inc. is seeking a technically credible, service-oriented Network & Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise networks, servers, cloud and identity platforms for MACC 911.

The role reports to the Director and collaborates with the Public Safety Systems Manager to ensure stable operations behind Grant County’s primary 911 center. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in enterprise networks, Microsoft cloud products, and cybersecurity, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, network engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible IT experience involving enterprise network, server, systems, cloud, cybersecurity, or infrastructure administration, including substantial independent responsibility for production systems
• Substantial hands‑on competence across multiple enterprise infrastructure domains
• Demonstrated project leadership, vendor and contractor coordination, and sound risk‑based judgment
• Commitment to responsive technical service
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to supported locations
• Eligibility for security‑sensitive system access and successful completion of appropriate background screening
• Availability for occasional after‑hours or emergency response

Responsibilities

• Lead the networks, servers, cloud and identity platforms, cybersecurity, backup and recovery, and critical facility systems behind Grant County’s primary 911 center.
• Supervise the Information Services Technician and treat responsive support to dispatchers as a central obligation of the role.
• Develop staff and understand, or be eager to learn, the demands of a 24/7 public safety operation.
