Job summary

DuPont is seeking a First Line Leader to translate area priorities into daily shop-floor execution. You will lead direct reports, coach teams, and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

The role demands visible leadership, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while developing staff and improving area performance. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operational leadership, business, or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct reports, mentoring, coaching, and career growth.
• Maintain safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, cost, and people metrics.
• Execute Leader Standard Work routines, area walks, huddles, and reviews.
• Lead Daily Visual Management and use metrics to identify gaps and take action.
• Coach teams to solve problems using 5-Why, root cause thinking, PDCA.
• Manage staffing, overtime, vacation planning, and daily work assignments.
