Job summary

DuPont Multibase™ in Ohio is seeking a Site Quality Leader to join the site leadership team. You will lead the QA/QC laboratory, govern the quality management system, and influence manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction.

You will develop talent, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Operations, R&D, and Global Quality to deliver quality excellence across the site. A Bachelor's in a technical field and strong leadership are required.

Responsibilities

Inspire, coach, and develop a team of quality professionals and laboratory staff.
Lead and continually improve the site Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001:2015.
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions and quality initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Commercial, Technology, and Global Quality teams to translate customer requirements into quality strategies.
Represent the site in audits with customers, suppliers, ISO and regulatory bodies.
