Job summary

DuPont in Hillsdale, Michigan, is seeking a Site Quality Leader to oversee quality at the manufacturing site, embedding a proactive quality culture and front line ownership across operations, labs, and supply chain.

You will lead the site quality team, drive QMS compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, and OEM requirements, host audits, and partner with operations, engineering, and suppliers to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and site-level implementation.
• Strong leadership of front-line quality teams on a production floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site-level quality activities aligned with industry standards and OEM requirements.
• Drive a strong quality culture with front-line ownership and right-first-time execution.
• Lead audits (customer, certification, and internal) and host site visits; manage MOC and risk.
