Trades Holding Company is hiring a First Impression Representative to create outstanding customer experiences. You’ll handle calls, identify needs, document interactions in CRM, and help customers get the services they need.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with weekly pay and benefits.
