Job summary

Alivo builds AI voice agents and an operations platform for roofing and home-services contractors. Our agents answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments around the clock, and our platform brings together VoIP, pipelines, automations, scheduling, and CRM integrations in one place.

We work with contractors doing $5M to $50M in revenue, and we're growing fast. This is our first dedicated marketing hire, and you'll own the function end to end.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing, solo or startup marketer.
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns, not just managing an agency.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Ability to build funnel reports and act on data.
• Clear, concise writing for ads, emails, and landing pages.
• Experience partnering with sales and measured on pipeline.
• Video editing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Create ad creative, landing pages, social assets, and short-form video.
• Own organic growth, including keyword strategy and landing pages in Webflow.
• Build HubSpot workflows, forms, lifecycle stages, and attribution.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Run partner marketing with industry partners and webinars.
• Plan and promote webinars and podcasts, repurpose content.
• Build nurture sequences and campaign sends in HubSpot.
• Report weekly on spend, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline.
