Job summary

BeLeaf Medical, based in St. Charles, MO, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across all brands.

You will build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and extend offers within defined bands while collaborating with the HR Director to establish how we hire for a growing cannabis company. The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to implement new recruitment channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume hourly hiring.
• Proven sourcing ability and pipeline-building experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for all roles across retail, cultivation, manufacturing, and corporate.
• Coordinate interviews, panels, and offers within approved bands.
• Deliver onboarding and orientation for new hires at the St. Charles HQ.
• Develop sourcing channels and partnerships to improve time-to-hire and quality.
• Measure and report on recruitment performance and forecasting.
