ComPsych is seeking a Design Lead to lead and mentor a team of designers, establish a design system, and integrate design into product development. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve workflows and foster a design-driven culture. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in product design, substantial Figma expertise, and a proven track record of mentoring designers. You will implement best practices and explore AI-powered design tools within the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, including 2+ in leadership.
• Deep expertise in Figma with advanced features.
• Experience building or maturing a design system.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work.
• Ability to mentor designers at varying experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing feedback and guidance.
• Establish and enforce design quality and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for design processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Evaluate and advocate for emerging AI-powered design tools.
