Compass Group USA is hiring a First Cook at FISD in New Canaan, CT. The role supports preparation of meals, serves customers, and follows HACCP standards. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a pay rate of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Free meals, uniforms, and laundering service may be provided at select locations. Experience in cooking is preferred, with opportunities to contribute to nourishing school communities.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers according to recipes and production schedules.
• Maintains food safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment as required.
• Stocks and labels food items and records daily production.
