Qualifications

• No diploma/degree required - minimum
• High School Diploma/GED - preferred
• Certification in Food Service or comparable experience - preferred
• 4 years cooking or comparable work experience - preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality of food processing by strict adherence to production techniques and production orders.
• Perform sanitation of all cooking equipment assigned to the area.
• Work with leadership staff to provide high-quality nutrition care and foodservice.
• Address cultural, age, development, and environmental safety considerations of the populations served.
