Job summary

First Circuit CASA is seeking a Case Manager to support CASA volunteers who advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. This full-time position requires organization, clear communication, and the ability to help volunteers navigate challenging situations.

Responsibilities include supervising volunteers, preparing court reports, tracking case progress, attending hearings, maintaining records, coordinating training, and writing the monthly volunteer newsletter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in social work, human services, criminal justice, or related field.
• Experience with volunteers, children and families, courts, social services, or training preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and follow through on responsibilities.
• Ability to travel for case visits, hearings, and training.

Hours: Full-time Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and Saturdays.
Reports to: Program Manager
Salary: $23/hour
