First Circuit CASA is hiring a Case Manager to support volunteers who advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. We’re looking for someone who is organized, communicates well, and can help volunteers work through challenging situations.

Responsibilities include supervising volunteers, preparing court reports, tracking case progress, and maintaining records. The role requires strong writing and communication skills, plus the ability to travel for visits and hearings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in social work, human services, criminal justice, or related field.
• Experience working with volunteers, children and families, courts, social services, or training is preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and follow through on responsibilities.
• Ability to travel for case visits, hearings, and training.

Case Manager
Hours: Full-time Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and Saturdays.
Reports to: Program Manager
Salary: $23/hour

Qualifications
