The attorney will manage cases independently, provide strategic guidance, and advocate effectively in negotiations and trials. The role requires meeting with clients, evaluating claims, and maintaining clear communication with clients and insurers while coordinating with legal staff to ensure efficient case handling.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in New Jersey.
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience with first-chair trial work.
• Strong negotiation, case evaluation, and communication abilities; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
• Meet with clients to assess claims, explain strategy, and set expectations.
• Maintain communication with clients and insurance carriers.
• Develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements.
• Prepare cases for trial, including discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Serve as first-chair trial counsel and collaborate with staff.
