Synectics Inc. in Florida seeks an experienced Plaintiff Trial and Litigation Attorney with strong personal injury background to manage clients through all stages of litigation, including trial, while delivering compassionate client service and pursuing favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, evaluating claims, drafting pleadings and motions, taking depositions, conducting hearings and mediations, and preparing matters for trial.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• 5–10 years of plaintiff personal injury trial experience.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong ability to evaluate claims, liability, and damages.
• Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Meet with clients, evaluate claims, and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Build strong client relationships through compassionate communication and exceptional client service.
• Negotiate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Develop case strategy and prepare matters for trial, including witness preparation and exhibit organization.
• Serve as first-chair trial counsel when required.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management and timely resolution.
