The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking an experienced Estate Planning, Probate Litigation & Guardianship Attorney to join our Texas practice. You will lead high-stakes cases with the full support of our marketing, administrative, and billing teams, allowing you to focus on courtroom advocacy and complex litigation.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship matters, Texas Bar licensure, and a proven record of success in court.

Qualifications

• Texas State Bar licensure required.
• Minimum 5 years in probate, estate planning, and guardianship litigation.
• Proven courtroom record in high-stakes cases.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and e-filing.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes litigation from intake to decree.
• Oversee probate litigation and estate plan drafting.
• Command courtroom in Texas counties.
• Develop litigation strategies for fast-paced dockets.
• Provide compassionate client counsel.
• Coordinate across firm locations.
• Supervise paralegals and staff.
