Job summary

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan seeks a battle-tested attorney to lead high-stakes probate, estate planning, and guardianship matters across Texas. This role emphasizes courtroom excellence, not business development, with full support from marketing, admin, and billing teams.

You will manage cases from intake to decree, supervise paralegals, and collaborate with a multi-office network. Texas Bar license required; 5+ years in probate/estate planning; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar (minimum 2 years licensed).
• 5+ years of estate planning, probate, and guardianship litigation experience.
• Proven courtroom record with high-stakes litigation.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; empathetic in emotional cases.
• Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-stakes litigation from intake to final decree/judgment, including contested divorces, SAPCRs, and protective orders.
• Lead probate litigation matters and draft comprehensive estate plans.
