Job summary

First Assistant District Attorney position with 220 DISTRICT ATTORNEYS COUNCIL in Idabel, Oklahoma. This full-time role reports to the District Attorney and covers a full range of duties including advising county government operations and handling criminal offenses.

Salary ranges from $125,000–$145,000 with full State of Oklahoma benefits, including health coverage, paid sick and vacation leave, and holidays. JD and Oklahoma Bar membership with extensive trial experience are required.

Qualifications

• JD required and member in good standing with Oklahoma Bar Association.
• Extensive trial experience mandatory.
• Working knowledge of county government preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise county government operations on legal matters.
• Handle a full range of criminal offenses.
• Report directly to the District Attorney.
