Job summary

You will use precision measuring tools and hand tools, follow daily setup instructions, maintain 5S discipline, and adhere to policies. Attending reliably and working well in teams or alone are essential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of set-up requirements for production equipment and processes.
• Strong reasoning ability, able to analyze problems.
• Excellent attendance
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team or individually.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Proper setup of existing jobs including installation of tooling, material, and setting approved process parameters.
• Obtain 1st piece approval following the First Article Inspection process.
• Effectively use quality measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, tape measure).
• Effectively use hand tools (e.g., Allen wrenches, adjustable wrenches, screwdrivers).
• Follow provided setup instructions based on daily assignments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workplace per 5S policies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
