As a First Aid & AED Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in Crown's mission to ensure safety and compliance for businesses across diverse industries. You will drive sales of our First Aid and AED services, helping customers meet OSHA and ANSI workplace safety requirements while promoting a culture of safety and preparedness. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role with tremendous growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct needs assessments based on industry type, presenting tailored solutions for First Aid service, AED programs. Educate clients on the importance of ANSI and OSHA compliance, safety protocols and benefits of working with Crown.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service and operations, to ensure seamless customer journey.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and territory planning.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in workplace safety.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, First Aid, AED, Uniform Services, or related industries a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision makers.
  • A drive to succeed, self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and ANSI regulations and workplace safety compliance is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned local territory.
