Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Edge (CSE) seeks a FIROC Operations Manager to support INSCOM’s TREX program at Fort Bragg, NC. The role develops, maintains, and delivers training material, lesson plans, and curricula across AGILE and Training Development Capability systems to advance intelligence tradecraft and standards.

Responsibilities include leading deliverables, mentoring contractor personnel, tracking performance, and coordinating with developers to refine ION functionality and apply generative AI

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 12+ years as MOS 35F (All-Source Analyst) preferred.
• DCGS-A or DIS All-Source Analyst experience at MICO/BCT/DIV-Corps levels.
• 12+ years Army Military Intelligence experience.
• 2+ years as an instructor on DCGS-A/DIS.
• Graduate ABIC or IC instructor course (NGA/NSA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, review, and validate work products, materials, and deliverables before submission.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback to contractor personnel.
• Establish clear performance expectations, track workload, and elevate risks to management.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver training material and curricula across AGILE and TDC.
• Review emerging policy publications and assess applicability to training products.
• Develop training records and tracking systems as required by Government.
• Create realistic training environments for intelligence tradecraft under operational conditions.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions to drive consensus and action.
• Coordinate with developers to refine ION functionality and apply AI tools to content.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
