Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a GEOINT Instructor/Trainer for Fort Bragg to deliver GEOINT instruction and develop realistic training scenarios for intelligence personnel and units. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and extensive Army MI experience, including GEOINT systems such as TGS, GWS, and OGS.

You will train on Full Spectrum GEOINT, FMV, and related tools to support the government contract. Applicants should have 8+ years of experience, instructor credentials, and familiarity

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Minimum 8 years Army Military Intelligence experience with recent relevance.
  • Experience as 35G/350G or equivalent with multiple echelons (MICO to DIV-Corps).
  • 5+ years with GEOINT systems (TGS, GWS, OGS, ADV).
  • Instructor credentials or equivalent training background.
  • Experience with GCSS-Army, AESIP, FMSWeb, and system interoperability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide instruction and scenario development for intelligence personnel, teams, and units in GEOINT.
  • Deliver Full Spectrum GEOINT, FMV, GMTI, LiDAR, and GEOINT Analysis instruction and support.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job description

GEOINT Instructor/Trainer

***This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. ***

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents.You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.

Conducts geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methodologies, spatial-temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences. Exploits imagery, vector, and other data types to include non-geospatially correlated data to locate, identify, and map objects in the spatial domain. Provides analysis on, but is not limited to, terrain mapping, route planning, and maritime geospatial activity.

GEOINT Instructor/Trainer Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams, and units in support of GEOINT.

  • Provide Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG), FMV (Full Motion Video), Forensic GMTI (Ground Moving Target Indicator), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and GEOINT Analysis instruction, instructional assistance, and support for intelligence personnel and programs in support of the GEOINT training effort.

  • Performs other job related duties as assigned

GEOINT Instructor/Trainer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Active TS/SCI

  • Minimum 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience and experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a 35G, 350G, or equivalent; 3+ years tactical and 3+ years of operational experience as an intelligence professional spanning MICO, BCT, DIV-Corps level echelons.

  • Minimum of 5 years operational experience with Program of Record GEOINT Systems (i.e. Tactical Intelligence Ground Station (TGS), Geospatial Intelligence Workstation (GWS), Operational Ground Station (OGS), AMDAS Dissemination Vehicle (ADV)).

  • Graduate of Army Instructor School or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e. Common Faculty Development Instructor Course / CFDIC, NGA College faculty).

  • Proficiency in Army maintenance activities and applications to include GCSS-Army, AESIP, and FMSWeb; architecture strategies and interoperability principles from tactical to strategic level operations; and systems integration and maintenance tasks for MI systems, to include IS&A FoS, Prophet, and Trojan.

  • Preferred: DISMG Graduate.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the GEOINT Instructor position.

  • Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.

  • Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.

  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.

  • Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.

  • Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.

  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
