Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firmware development process from concept to release, meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Define firmware requirements, specifications, and architecture for new products or features.
• Provide technical guidance to firmware engineers and foster high-performance collaboration.
• Test and verify firmware solutions, identify and resolve issues or bugs.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless firmware/hardware integration.
• Stay updated on firmware trends and propose process/tooling improvements.
• Define firmware roadmaps with product managers and prioritize features by market needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards during development.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
